1Nature of the service
capitalissuesiq.online is an analytical tool. It produces structured cost / benefit / risk assessments of user-submitted proposals under user-declared environmental assumptions. It is not an advisor, broker, intermediary, or authority.
2No endorsement, no advice
Outputs are not political endorsements, policy recommendations, investment advice, legal counsel, or military guidance. You are solely responsible for any decision you take after reading the output.
3Registration and access
Registration is mandatory. You may use the demo contact code admin70939779 for evaluation purposes. The demo account is session-local and does not imply any entitlement. The operator may throttle, pause, or revoke access at any time without notice.
4Acceptable use
You will not use the simulator to target individuals, produce defamatory content, generate harassment material, exfiltrate credentials or secrets, plan unlawful activity, or misrepresent its outputs as official authority.
5Data and storage
Registration metadata, proposal text, and evaluation results are stored in Netlify Blobs for the purpose of operating the service. Do not paste personal data, protected information, or secrets into the proposal box. Treat everything you submit as content that may be stored, reviewed, and used to improve the engine.
6Pilot scoping
The Lebanon–Israel normalization scenario is the pilot calibration case. It is a hypothetical analytical frame — not a statement about any specific government, actor, or party. Scoring reflects structural variables, not political opinion.
7Monitoring decks
The consumer sentiment, political faultlines, social media, and news decks present illustrative feeds for structure demonstration. They are not a newswire, not a financial data feed, and not to be relied upon as a source of truth for trading or operational decisions.
8AI-generated content
Analytical outputs are generated by a large language model routed through the Netlify AI Gateway. Language models can be wrong, biased, or inconsistent. Always corroborate any factual claim before acting on it.
9Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators disclaim liability for any decision, loss, damage, or consequence arising from use of the simulator, its outputs, or the monitoring decks.
10Changes to these terms
Terms may be revised at any time. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance. Registered users are encouraged to re-read the terms periodically.
